Our story

It started as a student project.

Vendibles began at Singapore Polytechnic in 2017 and has run machines across Singapore ever since: in gyms, campuses, clinics and attractions. We work values-first: honest, open and in it for long-term partnerships.

    Started at Singapore Polytechnic as SupplyUs, working on business and government projects.

  2. 2017–2019

    Ran SP Innomall, Singapore's largest cluster of vending machines, in SP's School of Business.

    Organised SP VendTech 2018, Singapore's largest vending tech trade show, with over 60 machines.

  4. 2020 → today

    Became Vendibles. Now running machines for Singapore brands all over the island.

Do I need a licence to run a vending machine?

For pre-packed snacks and drinks, usually no special vending licence is needed. Machines that prepare or sell fresh food need an SFA licence. We will tell you which rules apply to your products.

Can I put my own products in the machine?

Yes. That is what we do: businesses rent our machines to sell or give out their own products. We set up the trays so your products drop out reliably.

Do the machines take cashless payment?

Yes. Contactless cards and mobile wallets are standard, and you see every sale live in our mobile app.

Who fixes the machine if it breaks?

On a rental, we do. Servicing, repairs and machine swaps are included. Bought machines come with warranty support and optional servicing packages.

How fast can a machine be installed?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks from your yes to a machine that is switched on and selling.

Does hosting a machine cost me anything?

No. The machine, delivery, stock and repairs are on us. You give about 1.3 m by 0.8 m of floor and a normal power point, and you earn a fixed monthly fee or a share of sales.
